Weddington Middle School Booster Club News

Registration is OPEN for 2013 Fall Sports!

All students must register online and turn in all required documents to try-out and participate in any sport.

Fall Sports offered by your WMS Athletic Booster Club:

6^th Grade Cheerleading
7^th Grade Cheerleading
8^th Grade Cheerleading
Co-ed Cross-Country
Dance and Drill Team
6^th Grade Football
7^th Grade Football
8^th Grade Football
Girl's Tennis
Girl's Volleyball

REGISTRATION CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT ON JULY 19, 2013

1. Click here to begin registration. If your child is interested in multiple fall sports, (i.e.Football & XCountry), you must register for EACH sport on the website but only need to submit 1 (one) set of completed documents.

    2. Submit all required documents, signed and completed, in the WMS ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB lock-box in the WMS office, or at the Sports Physical Night on May 21.
All documents must be received by 7/19/13.

     Physical Form (signed by a licensed physician)
    Insurance Waiver Form (NOTARIZED)
    Copy of Insurance Card (front and back)
    Completed & Signed Sports Concussion Form

***The WMS Athletic Booster Club is hosting a Sports Physical Night on May 21st, 6-8PM.
- FREE notary services will be provided.
- $25 Sports Physicals* - 100% of funds raised go towards student athletic scholarships.
Bring all of your paperwork and have everything completed and turned in before the summer!
* The sports physical line will close at 7:30PM. The sports physical does not take the place of an annual physical exam by a primary care physician.

as well as a link to your Company Website, will be placed on the Weddington Middle School Athletic Booster Club’s Website.

Your contact information will be highlighted on a page titled “Off Season Opportunities” which will be divided by specific sports / athletic areas.
