NEW GUIDELINES FOR REGISTERING FOR
WMSABC SPORTS!
ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE TURNED IN AT SAME TIME...do not submit until you have ALL required pieces included.
If you already turned in paperwork for Fall 2011 or Winter 2011 sports, and your physical date is valid (only good for 1 year) - then you do not need to turn in another set of paperwork.
Incomplete paperwork will not be accepted.
*Paperwork must be in a sealed envelope. On the outside of envelope you must have the athletes first and last name and the sport they are trying out for this spring season.
*Paperwork is to be turned in to the school office. There will be a locked box for paperwork to be placed.
*You must sign the log in sheet that will be with the security box the day you place your paperwork in box. Please do not interrupt office staff with booster club questions. If you are unsure about something then contact a board member via email
The following Items are required prior to the first Mandatory Tryout or Practice for a WMS ABC Team (These forms are on the right hand side of the WMSABC Website):
FALL SPORTS HEAD COACHING APPLICATIONS BEING ACCEPTED.
The deadline to get applications turned in are Friday, Feb 24th.

All coaches interested in returning, must fill out application as well, since positions are opened every year.

7th & 8th Volleyball
