Rule Change regarding Legal Bats for 2020
WHAT SHOULD YOU BE DOING NOW?
Get in at least 2 workouts a week.
Throw at least 100 reps. – consistently hitting your target.
Build up your arm strength by varying your distance.
If you have access to a tee, start hitting 2-3 buckets of balls a week. Focus on having a good strong, level swing!
You should be getting 2 good workouts in a week. Go through your proper workout cycle. Work on consistently pitching strikes. Then work on hitting corners consistently. If you have a change up, then you can start working that in to your daily workout.
If you have time/access to run base sprints on a softball field, great!! If not, run sprints in your driveway! Remember to replicate game time stance. Getting ready to take a lead and then explode on the base path!
