There will be a WMS boy’s lacrosse parent interest meeting:
-Wed, September 20th
- 7:15-7:45pm in the WMS Media Center - Immediately following Skills Session
We will discuss the Fall/Winter pre-season and the upcoming Spring season details.

We will begin our skills and conditioning clinics. The plan is to offer 2 days to deconflict with fall sports – these are voluntary workouts and if a conflict rises with an in-season sport or a travel team there is zero pressure from us. This is open to all interested players regardless of skill level. We are working with the High School program to have additional coaches on hand to run drills and teach fundamentals. These practices will be very similar to last year – there will be a skills portion to knock the rust off of sticks followed by small sided games.
For the new to lacrosse players – we have loaner sticks and gear for anyone that wants to try the sport in the Fall. We will hand those out at the beginning of the clinics.
The Fall season activities will focus on teaching fundamentals, It is the ideal time for anyone that wants to “try” lacrosse out.
We will start these skills clinics September 13th – and continue each Wednesday/Thursday at 6:00-7:00pm.

IMPORTANT: We have very few 6th grade names/emails at this time – and I have heard of several interested 7th & 8th graders who are not currently on our distro list.
